This week I only got one book.  I didn't know that this book was supposed to come out, I thought the series had ended, but nope!  This one came out on Tuesday, so I ordered it and got it the next day.

Got this on the kindle, it looks really cute!

Got this one for the kindle too.  It sounds really cool.

Yet another kindle buy.  It sounded interesting, High Fantasy is by far my favorite genre.

It came out!! I had this baby pre-ordered so I got it on its release day.  I am the most excited for this one.  I'm sure a review is coming very very soon :-D

This past week I got one new book, Valkyrie's Song by M.D. Lachlan.  I've cut down on getting books a bit since BEA, I'm trying to cut down on my TBR before going crazy with new books (although that's not really helping my TBR list because it still keeps growing as books are getting published...)

I also got a "book" from a friend of mine, he's writing his own novel and he's letting me read the first draft!

Last week I was at BEA, my first time going to that section of it.  Previous years I went to the Advanced Readers Day and BookCon.  It was amazing, I got to meet so many cool people and had some great conversations about all sorts of bookish/geeky things.  Not to mention being able to meet some of my favorite authors!  And I think Scott Westerfeld is somewhat clairvoyant, he offered me condolences before the Rangers lost in game 7 - I was wearing my Rangers tee when I met him.

The best part of BEA though was all the books I got! So many, I don't know how I'm going to read them all...New goal for me - read all BEA books before June 1, 2016.  I already finished one, and a couple others are duplicates of stuff I already read, so if I stop having a life I may actually be able to do this!
